Obama Draws 100,000 at St. Louis Rally!

Wow, just when you thought Obama had done it all, he goes and sets yet another political record! I didn't think that Obama could top the record 85,000+ attendees who saw his DNC Presidential Nomination speech at Mile High in Denver, CO on this year, and I didn't think he could draw anywhere close to the 200,000 Germans who saw him speak during his July 2008 Europe-Middle East world tour. But today, over 100,000 St. Louis, Missourians set the record for the most attendees ever to a US political event.

Folks this is not just charisma, this is not just celebrity--I doubt if Madonna or Michael Jackson or Jay-Z have ever attracted 100,000 people just because they are celebrities. No, it can be summed up in one word, "message." Obama's message of hope, change, unity, community service and organizing, people lifting up their neighbors, and no more partisan politics
as usual has resonated with the American psyche, and the goodwill engendered by Barack Obama's Campaign for Change will transform the electoral landscape for many years to come, just as Ronald Reagan's new path transformed the Republican party in the 1980's.
